- be given a specific programme

- focus on particular parts of your practice / body 

- get specific alignment cues

BENEFITS OF YOGA

Most people tell me they can't do yoga because they can't touch their toes. My response is always "if you can breathe, you can do yoga" and here are some of the benefits:
